OM Computer Institute was established by Budhrani Charitable trust on the 14th day of March 2002, engaged exclusively in computer training for under privileged students residing in nearby Colaba , Cuffe Parade, Navy Nagar locality and slums which has the population of over 10 lakhs with a prime motive "To Enhance The Living Standard Of Underprivileged People By Providing Inexpensive Computer Training" yet very competitive.

The Trust commits itself to promote Computer Education to every child and adult especially the underprivileged and to the families of Defence Personnel on a non- profit basis at highly subsidized fees.
Today we are housing a centre of 1500 sq. ft. approx with proper infrastructure, fully Air Conditioned classrooms equipped with separate SOFTWARE, HARDWARE & MOBILE PHONE REPAIRING Labs, New PIV Computers, Licensed Software, Audio Visual equipments, fully equipped Library with latest books on IT with flexible batch timings and qualified experienced and dedicated faculties.
Our Qualified and dedicate staff have trained more than 50000 students, for various computer software, hardware and mobile phone repairing courses, a majority of whom are now with good jobs in the government and in the private sectors. From 40 students we now have 1500 students studying 30 various courses at the institute which is open from 8:00 am in the morning to 10:00 pm in the night.
WE also have trained more than 1000 candidates of Defence for prerelease course of DGR Delhi for computer Hardware, Tally, NIELIT CCC, NIELIT O Level, Engineer Technical Support Level -1 (NSDC) We also have conducted the corporate training for more than 300 sailors of LPM Q courses at Naval Police and Regulating School at INS Kunjali and INS Mandovi.(GOA) We also Have conducted Corporate training at army regimental centres of Ahmednagar, Nasik and Bangalore
